One of my biggest responsibilities as a loan originator is to be able to educate our clients on market movements, rate direction, factors that impact rates, and more. With that in mind, I want to have an open interactive conversation with some of my most relevant realtors. I am not a fortune teller, but I feel it is my obligation and my privilege to serve as a reference point for many of my referral partners to keep our clients informed and grounded about the best strategies in ANY market. I will start by giving a short presentation about where the market currently is and how to best discuss this subject with my clients, to build confidence in the fact that they should still be buying real estate right now.
